The name "Pachoko" comes from the language of Malawi in Africa, meaning "small" or "a little." The owner was once part of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers in the Republic of Malawi, where he worked on spreading soy food to improve the local malnutrition.

What is Pachoco?

Inspired by this experience, he is passionate about offering healthy and mildly flavored dishes using local Nishiyama soybeans. This quiche is very delicious!
